At Emerge Computers 360, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Window
We offer a 7-day return or replacement policy from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since delivery, we will not be able to offer a return, replacement, or refund.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition
- Product must be returned with original packaging, accessories, and invoice
- The product must not be physically damaged by the customer
- For refurbished products, minor cosmetic wear (as described in the product listing) will not be considered a defect
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used electronic accessories (cables, connectors, etc.)
- Software products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Products damaged due to misuse
Damaged / Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Clear photos and unboxing video (if available)
Eligible cases will receive a free replacement or full refund.
Return Shipping
For defective products (merchant error), Emerge Computers 360 will bear the return shipping costs. For returns due to customer remorse (change of mind), the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Refund approval notification will be sent via email
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. In cases where this is not possible, we will process the refund via bank transfer to the account holder’s name, matching the invoice.
